Council for the Elimination of Ethnic or Racial Discrimination.

One of the main functions of the Council is to provide independent assistance to victims of discrimination in dealing with their complaints. To this end, the Council has a number of care centres where people who believe they have been victims of discrimination on the basis of racial or ethnic origin can consult a professional in the field of equal treatment and receive advice on their case. The assistance service can be contacted online through phone and email, as well as in it's regional care centers.
